Carer careers · Lincoln & Lincolnshire

We'd like to be the agency you stay with for a while.

Maphy Healthcare is recruiting across the Lincolnshire patch — carers, healthcare assistants, senior support workers and registered nurses (RGN / RMN). We have a small permanent team and a growing bank of nurses for nursing-home cover. We'd rather grow slowly with people who stay than churn through job adverts.

What you get from us

The four things we promise before we ask anything of you.

Paid, properly

Hourly pay that reflects this work, with travel time and mileage between visits paid — not absorbed into a 'flat rate' that quietly punishes rural routes.

A rota with breathing space

We build rotas in 15-minute increments rather than back-to-back 30-minute visits with five-minute drives. If a visit needs more time, the rota reflects that.

Training paid for, by us

Care Certificate, dementia awareness, medication administration, manual handling — booked and paid for by Maphy, not deducted from a first pay packet.

A small named team

You will know who's planning your week. You will know who to ring if something at a visit doesn't feel right. No call centre, no scripts.

Who we'd like to hear from

Three shapes of role, two settings.

Visiting carer

Daytime and early-evening rounds across Lincoln and the surrounding villages. Full-time, part-time or weekend-only. Driver's licence and own car required for rural rounds.

Senior carer / team lead

Two years' care experience, ideally with a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent. Supporting newer carers in the field, helping write and review care plans alongside the office.

Registered nurse (RGN / RMN)

Bank work for nursing-home cover across Lincolnshire — day, night, and weekend shifts. NMC registration current, ideally with elderly or mental-health nursing experience.

Want to work with us?

We'd rather you write a couple of lines than fill in a long form.

Maphy is a small Lincoln-based team. If you're a carer, healthcare assistant, support worker or a registered nurse — or you'd like to train as one — drop us a short note and we'll come back the same working day for a proper conversation.
