Two ways we help — at home, and in nursing facilities.
Most of what we do is visiting care in someone's own home across Lincoln and the surrounding villages. The rest is supplying registered nurses and senior carers to Lincolnshire nursing homes when their rotas need cover. The standards we recruit and train to are the same in both directions.
Home care support, around the routine you already have
Visiting care across Lincoln and the surrounding Lincolnshire villages — built to fit the times of day that actually matter. Help with washing, dressing, medication, meals and the small daily things that keep someone living comfortably at home. A familiar carer wherever the rota allows, and a named office to pick up the phone when something changes.

Dementia and elderly care, the longer conversation
Visits and longer companionship blocks for clients living with dementia, frailty or limited mobility. Calm, patient, paced for the person — not the clock. Built around what stays familiar (a favourite chair, the morning routine, a daughter's photograph on the dresser) and gentle prompting where memory is shifting. We work with families to keep the home feeling like home for as long as it should.

Nurses and carers, supplied to Lincolnshire nursing homes
Maphy also supplies trained nurses and carers to nursing facilities across the Lincoln area when in-house rotas are short — sickness cover, planned leave, or building permanent bank lists. CQC-registered, properly insured, fully right-to-work checked, with the same expectations of conduct we set for our home-visiting team. Fees, hours and minimum visit length are the conversation, not the page.
We don't publish a price grid on the site because every plan ends up shaped a little differently — a half-hour daily visit in central Lincoln looks very different to four hours across a weekend in a village near Sleaford. We'll talk it through on the first call, walk through it again at the home visit, and put numbers in writing before anything starts.
