Visits and longer companionship blocks for clients living with dementia, frailty or limited mobility. Calm, patient, paced for the person — not the clock. Built around what stays familiar (a favourite chair, the morning routine, a daughter's photograph on the dresser) and gentle prompting where memory is shifting. We work with families to keep the home feeling like home for as long as it should.

If you're looking for care for someone you love

Most of our visits are to people in their own homes — getting up, washing and dressing, medication, meals, evenings. Sometimes that's half an hour a day. Sometimes it's twice a day, every day, with longer companionship blocks. We start with a free visit, listen to what you actually need, and write a plan around that.

If you run a nursing home and your rota is short

We supply registered nurses and senior carers to nursing facilities across Lincolnshire — for sickness and leave cover, for permanent bank-building, and for short-notice gaps. Every member of our team is DBS-cleared, right-to-work checked and trained to our standards. Same expectations of conduct as our home-visiting carers.

Maphy Healthcare is based in Lincoln, working from the cathedral terraces along Steep Hill out across the surrounding villages and market towns. Our home-care visits cover the LN postcodes within sensible driving distance of the office — and our nursing-home cover stretches across Lincolnshire to Sleaford, Boston, Spalding and Gainsborough.
